Goodtel was highly recommended by another Early Childhood Service. After speaking with Daniel and experiencing his wonderful customer service, we recently had our whole phone system changed to Goodtel. At first, I was a little apprehensive not knowing what the change involved but Daniel provided a lot of information that made it easy to understand and put us at ease, with the knowledge that a contribution was going to a series of charities- being a not-for-profit service this made our decision a no brainer. The system has been wonderful and easy to use. Dolores who assisted setting up the system was extremely helpful and has been available for any questions we have had! Could not recommend Goodtel systems high enough!

I switched to Goodtel just over 18 months ago and haven't looked back since! Swift and easy setup and I got to keep my old number. I have travelled to regional areas and had good signal while others in my party (who were with bigger Telco companies) were left without any signal at all. Customer support is top notch, going above and beyond to answer my questions. Goodtel being socially responsible and giving back is just a massive cherry on top of an already large cake. Would highly recommend.

I have been using Goodtel for over 1 year now for my mobile phone plan and I'm so glad I made the switch. Great, reliable service, competitive phone plans, heaps of data, and brilliant coverage, even when I travel around Australia. A much better service than my previous plan with one of the big" networks.I've just signed up for their home internet (NBN) service too.I won't be using any other telco. And with 50% of profits going to a worthy cause (of your choice)

They're now more expensive than most providers and do not offer a 4G backup services to offer for the modem when the internet drops out.When I requested to have the service looked at, the tech support officer was not helpful at all.Now, when we requested to cancel the service, it was not cancelled on time. Then when we requested to speak with someone on the phone, nobody was available. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this service after such a great start with them.

I waited to calm down before typing this review in order to present the facts rather than let my review reflect the anger and stress both myself and my Mother have experienced. I joined Goodtel a few months ago and then recommended this company to my Mother. I really wanted to support a small business, especially because they give back to various charities. From the beginning, the process has not been smooth for my Mother. It took almost two weeks for Goodtel to transfer her number over. I had to send numerous emails and make several calls to follow this up. I was provided with inconsistent information during each communication. Then recently, she received several emails and text messages informing her of NBN being ordered. My Mother has never ordered (or paid for this service). I called yesterday and spoke to an Operator, who then mentioned this would be investigated immediately and escalated my concern to a Senior team member, Rowena. The Operator assured me Rowena would call me by the end of the day. I did not receive a call from Rowena, however my Mother received a call from a male Operator in the evening who offered no explanation or apology. Furthermore, my Mother had difficulty understanding this male Operator (I had requested Goodtel to contact me directly and I had been Authorised as the contact person for my Mother's account). Last night I found out that my Parents' internet had been disconnected. They were not even aware their NBN had been transfered from their previous carrier to Goodtel. Today my elderly Father needs to work from home and has no internet and this has caused him a lot of stress. I work for a small business, so I understand that small businesses may not have access to the resources that larger companies do, however I was expecting a high standard of customer service at the very least. The customer service we received from Goodtel has been very disappointing, inconsistent and unprofessional. We still have no explanation as to how this has occurred and Goodtel have not offered any form of apology or compensation for the incredible inconvenience this has caused. My Mother is very unhappy and will change carriers this week. Goodtel have lost my trust and I will also change carriers as soon as Goodtel credit my account the $20 that is owed to me as a result of me recommending another person to join this company. Goodtel, instead of continually sending those emails requesting feedback on how your company and service can improve - you can begin by learning from careless and preventable errors such as what occurred to my Mother and the experience of the customers who have left negative reviews here.If you are thinking of joining Goodtel, I recommend you do not base your decision solely on the positive reviews here.

We cannot recommend Goodtel highly enough.As a small business we had small but unique requirements. The Social Outfit has been using Goodtel for almost two years now and we could not be happier with the service. The transition to NBN was surprisingly easy and seamless, thanks to Goodtel. Their customer service is impeccable and we also share the same values! For a charity/social enterprise like ours, it's great to know they support charities with part of their profits.

I was very interested in this company, giving back to the community and all the good work they do, .........until my $25 per month Direct Debit Contract turned into a $29 a month Direct Debit. I have made numerous calls.... we will get to the bottom of this and call you back......nothing
