The team at Gemini were courteous, prompt and helpful from driving in the gate to picking up my vehicle. They welcomed my inquiry unlike some other major workshops.

One of the two AAMI repairers in the ACT.They wanted to keep the car from the moment it was assessed until it was ready to be repaired. After I said that I really needed the car, they were happy to let me use it until they were ready to work.The repair took one day longer than promised at the outset (I thought this was reasonable). Communication could have been a little better however as I only found out about the delay just two hours before I was due to pick it up.The repair quality of the panel beating was great - as good as new.My passenger door that was replaced has a slight click to it, but otherwise seems perfectly OK.

Gemini had fantastic communication the entire time our car was getting repaired. They finished one day after the predicted date at the start which is super impressive!

Truly just do not even think about having your car repaired here! 1st time was a nightmare, long wait and empty promises, I even had to take my car back with issue. Now unfortunately my daughter had to get her car fixed whilst I was OS, she had no idea of my history with them, so she was booked in with the Budget Direct preferred repairer. She has been without her car for 8 weeks already, Not even a huge job, staff don’t seem to give a care, possibly as they are used to complaints as the service is dreadful. They advised me 2 weeks ago that they would put it in front of 40 cars to get it done - with an attitude sounding like they were doing me a favour!!! Budget Direct please refer another Canberra based repairer to your customers - not good!

I had to give my car to this business after I got into a major car crash, and my insurer paid for Gemini Kingston to fix my car. I had existing damage on the front of my from a previous scrape with another car, which Gemini rightly recognised was from another crash and notified me that they would not fix this damage. However, when I got my car back I saw that a panel that had been warped and popped out on the front of my car from this other crash had been popped back into place my Gemini, and some of the paint transfer from the other car had been removed. Additionally, I got my car back 1 week ahead of schedule. I really appreciate the fast, good quality work that Gemini completed on my car, and also the good customer service that I received (Gemini provided me with updates and answered my questions throughout this process).

This business is by the far the worst business to have your car at. My car was assigned to this company to assist with the repairs of an accident from a truck hitting my car…They did not let me speak with the assessor just expected me to do everything via the admin lady Heidi. Don’t let the fake persona drag you away from how horrible they will treat you as soon as you need assistance or the repairs is not complete.Gemini Kingston tried to send me on my way with a completed repair with a warning light on my dash? How is this something that you deem sufficient?Heidi loves to bring her age into the conversation too if she knows your younger to try and have the upper hand of the conversation because she feels that younger generation are not experienced or knowledgeable.How dare such a company discriminate on someone’s age just because there is still damage to my car that you have not fixed.The manager Paul doesn’t care what you have to say.. the only person I am happy to give positive feedback on is Benny as he actually listens.I would never recommend anyone to use these guys.

I had damaged car my insurance asked me to send to GEMINI KINGSTON they wating was bit longer but my car was like brand new I was very satisfied with the job the done . And was on time the date the give,overall Heidi was updating me my car status about the repairs really appreciated .Highly recommended but bit need bit time for repairs.

They did a beautiful job of my car, & helps organise an Uber twice. Lovely, helpful staff thanks team

Possibly the best in Canberra.They are my insurers preference in Canberra, and from the very first point of contact over the phone withHeidi, to speaking with Tony, and throughout the entire process, they absolutely hands down are professional, honest, experienced and very helpful, and friendly.I have no doubt why they are the the preferred repairer for my insurance company.

Car was delivered earlier than predicted, communication was excellent.
