I recently undertook a 6 month personal development program with Karen, and all I can say is WOW. Karen helped me get out of my own way and provided clarity and straight talk. Karen held me accountable and really got through to the behaviors getting in my way and holding me back. Her process is kind, caring and supportive, but also tough when you don't realise you need her to be.After completing the program, I am so much more aware of myself and others. I'm no longer interested in their judgement or opinions of my work or who they think I am, which used to tie me up in knots.I am comfortable in the coaching work that I have done and know that I can be patient (not reactive) and watch things unfold, and only get involved when there is a need for me to do so.Co-workers seek me out now, which means I only spend time on working through and enjoying the important aspects of our work.

There probably aren’t any words that would truly thank you for changing my life. “Changing my life” wow, that’s a big statement when you really think about it, but that’s what you have done for me. I now have a positive energy that I thrive on, I am determined to never let it slip. I look at people and situations in a whole new light. Your approach and guidance made the whole process so easy for me. I truly looked forward to every session. It wasn’t only easy, it was motivating, you made me want to fulfil my potential and I am chasing that purpose which I know I will find through openness and positivity.

Karen, I would like to thank you for a great experience. I did very much enjoy our coaching sessions and I know that you have been able to bring out an awareness in me that I would not have gone looking for if it weren’t for you.
