Competent and friendly staff here. Much better than my local Bunnings. You can actually get service here when you need it.My last 3 visits here have been a great experience. Good range and great product. I had a hard to find timber product that Bunnings couldn’t organise quantity between 3 different sites. M10 Mega had it delivered in 2 days for a very reasonable price.

Had every thing I wanted, the staff were great. Had a morning snack a good selection of eats ,coffee and cold softies.Brunch was great better than the other mob. I'll make it again maybe next weekend.

I had a list of what I wanted. A very nice gentleman helped me what ever I wanted. The workers at the store are most helpful people. I got everything I wanted. The Staff are Excellent they seem to know where everything is located. I would recommend this store to anyone.

We sometimes prefer to call in here. They have a great range of products and the staff are friendlier and usually more helpful than the other big hardware shop. Just a bit further to travel, that's all.

Great customer service. BBQ stuff was more expensive than Bunnings but alot of the garden stuff was cheaper eg. Lawn mowers etc... Good cafe inside.

Mitre 10 my go to place when I need to Speak to a Tradesperson. Great knowledge of products. A good garden section. Plus as a bonus a very good cafe . Suggest the burger with lot. Good parking.

I have been shopping with Woodmans Mitre 10 for over 5 years. The product selection in store is excellent, staff are always willing to help should you have an issue finding an item. And now i am working in building contracts and the office staff are extremely attentive to the needs of the building program.If i ever have had any issues in store or otherwise, the management team have always taken due consideration to ensure that i am directed to the right place or given an alternative solution.Big thanks to the team over at Mitre 10! Keep up the good work and excellent service.

I have tried & tried but there are very few people on staff who have a clue about customer service. 1 cuts timber, the other is in gardening &, well, that's about it. Save yourself the aggravation & just go to Bunnings. At least they try to help & are cheerful about it.
