Great service, very happy with what they could do for me. While they weren't able to help me with my specific enquiry (out of their control) they went above and beyond to help me with extra info and keeping me informed on what they *could* do for me. Highly recommend.

I could not be happier with the service and install from Carpet Clearance Warehouse, Bayley went above and beyond to help me when buying carpet for my house, it was a stress free and enjoyable experience. The installer was amazing as well, showed up on time and did a quality job. Overall 5 stars! I will be back in the future to fit out the rest of the house in vinyl wood flooring.

I had a wonderful experience at Carpet Clearance Warehouse last week. I was looking to have two small mats made for our caravan and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Jeff was very helpful and patient as I checked out the large range of options then let me look through the warehouse where I found the perfect carpet. I have been shopping with this company since 1986 and I never leave disappointed.

Bought a carpet for ground floor and paid in full in advance. Agreed to the slot time between 9 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. and paid more than 400AUD for carpet laying service on top of carpet price.By 10 a.m., no one showed up. I called their office and told them I had a list of patients to see that day and hence could not wait much longer. I was told that the men were on their way and should be there any minute.Carpet layers (both men were pleasant and did an excellent job by the way) arrived by 10.10 a.m., but did not have the glue to stick the carpet, so one of them went to local Bunnings to get the glue.By that time, I had contacted my assistant to cancel/shift patient list, and was on the phone managing work consistently.Carpet layers completed the work and left by 11.40 a.m.However next day I received a very irritating message from the manager stating that I had lied to him about work. I don't even know why I had to answer him, but this was exceptionally unprofessional of this company.Here is the message he sent me:I am unsure where the miscommunication arose
