What an amazingly cool little bar. How can I give 10 stars. This place makes the best Negronis on the planet, incredible bartender Christian pushing the boundaries and creating excellence.

A small intimate little nook just outside the Fremantle markets with wonderfully inviting staff in this cozy cafe/barHad us the best ice coffee and Almond croissant In this vibrant location yet we felt comfortable and secluded in Gimlets low lit cool environment An absolute gem found here

Bloody brilliant place to visit. We were only going to stop for a 'brief' cocktail or two, and stayed several hours.I'm not much of a cocktail drinker (neat scotch please), so I thought I'd give the bartender free reign. My wife and I asked him to make us a gin based cocktail... but apart from that, just surprise us please. Frankly he was a little nonplussed initially, but he absolutely excelled!!!Then we did that quite a few more times and each cocktail surprise was better than the last IMHO. Then we thought Hmmm

The most amazing tiny bar with perfect courtyard for warm nights! Very talented bartender - we asked for some surprise cocktails and they didn’t disappoint - we went back for seconds. Each so different and full of flavours.11/5 stars!

What a find, this gorgeous little bar is AMAZING, the bar person made us the most incredible drinks, we left it all up to him to create something for us and he did not fail us, we went back 3 more times and we were only visiting Fremantle for 3 days ;). Can't recommend highly enough, the venue has a warm and cosy atmosphere, great food and the bar person's magic personality just made our experience so much better.... the bar persons great eyes drew us in, however the great cocktails kept us there!

Amazing little spot. Bartender is a magician of cocktails. Taking a specific flavour of your choosing and designing a perfect gin and tonic to your tastes. 10/5 stars

It was so cosy and warm inside. The staff were absolutely lovely. The coffee and pastries were delicious and I would not hesitate going back. Highly recommend

Great little spot fantastic service and the dynamic duo of Morgan and Alice are amazing.The coffee is great, and the food is fantastic and Christian is quite the historian, recommended it to everyone especially if you are from Melbourne you will enjoyed the coffee.
