Incredible service and reliable products. I’ve been getting all my devices repaired by John for many years now. New iPhones, laptops and iPads. At 3pm and in a panic, I phoned John to see if he could repair my phone. He was out purchasing parts but I was able to leave my phone at his office. Upon his return he messaged to say he had the parts in stock and could repair my phone before close of business. All at a reasonable price too!I'm a very happy customer.Thanks John!

I smashed my Google Pixel 6 Pro screen pretty well this morning with light bleed and everything. John quickly got back to me with a good quote for $450, and explained what the repair would require. All other quotes were around $500.I brought the phone in at 11:30am the same day and they had it fixed in less than 20 mins.Thanks for your amazing service!

i could not recommend John and his team highly enough. He went above and beyond to ensure i was happy with the out come. John even sent an employee to collect and return my devices when i was unable to. He is very reasonably priced (i even go as far as saying too reasonably priced, as i've previously used another retailer who was twice the price for the same repair). I would highly recommend to my friends and family and use his services again if needs be.

BEWARE - SEEMS LIKE GREAT SERVICE, NOT GENUINE PARTS!!Came in for screen repair, job seemed flawless but discovered soon after non responsive. Went to APPLE GENIUS BAR & told Immitation screens now having repair again through APPLE! Very very disappointing!!!

I’m so happy that I decided to have John help me fix my phone - by far the most professional experience I’ve ever had when I’ve taken a smashed phone in for repair. After considering going to a local shopping centre, I found John and he fixed my phone in under 10 minutes and for the best price I’ve paid. I thought I’d need to buy a new iPhone but it’s clear that he knows his stuff. If you want professionalism, efficiency and a flawless repair and a great price, definitely go here.
