Absolutely disgusting, little to no cleaning being done, almost impossible to find a clean table. Flys flying everywhere inside, bins overflowing with trash. Would be ashamed if it where my business!

Staff in the drive through were not very friendly, didn't even say hello. Customer service is soo important guys.... if you're burnt out, get another job cause your not making the restaurant look good.

There were only three burgers on the menu to choose from due to a shortage which is frustrating but i understand, these things happen. So I continue on with my order to receive is that all" like it was stuck on repeat with them being the only three words they knew. Then to be served a burnt Angus burger

Never leave the store or the drive through without checking that you have actually received everything that you ordered. We actually get take away from there fairly often as the kids like it and almost every single time something is missing. Once I even got a coffee from there and they forgot the actual coffee! Drove away with a cup of hot water with 2 sugars in it. Just ridiculous!

My God, fast food outlets have gone to the dog's, especially around bendigo, ordered a family box, burnt chicken nuggets, and a cups worth of chips to feed the family, come on managers, get your act together, especially kangaroo flat hungry Jack's.

Went through the drive through on Sunday 18/6 at 10.40 am the girl taking the order rude, had no general manners, definitely didn’t want to be at work . They were not busy and we still had to park around the corner and wait for our order of two toasties and hot chocolate and coffeeGive the job to someone who would appreciate the money.We will not be back
