EXCELLENT customer service. Bought a series of PowerBlock dumbbells from them, and when I unpacked them at home there was a piece missing. Clearly an issue at the suppliers end, not HF Industries. I emailed HF Industries on Friday night, and they responded via email first thing Saturday morning to say they would take care of it. First thing Monday morning I received a phone call from a friendly employee, and on Monday afternoon they sent a driver to personally deliver a new set of equipment to me. Excellent treatment of a customer problem that wasn't created by them, and a perfect example of 'putting the customer first'. Would highly recommend. Thank you guys!
