Feedback - Make it absolutely effortless to unsubscribe for your other customers. It took me about 10 mins to work it out and to be fair no one will intuitively try to log out when they have just logged in to find a preference tab upon exiting. It's silly and you only irritate people and cause resistance to get a client base in the first place. I may have even remained and simply just reduced the frequency of the span you send but after that mystery tour I have no intention of ever dealing with you in the future. It reeks of a sneaky tactic that basically assumes that if it is virtually impossible to get rid of the emails they will eventually just accepted them and what?? Suddenly become huge spenders in your store and online. No guys just the opposite, a sense of distrust and a loss of integrity as a trusted brand . PS that's how you become a successful business that could easily sustain the current tough climate in western Sydney and Newcastle.Best of luck and I do hope you accept this as constructive criticism and not just an disgruntled noise maker that has a personal agenda. I truly appreciated the service you provided in the past, however this odd situation has unfortunately eclipsed the work you did to build the rapport at the start.Cheers
