Andy (AKA Burf) is a master boot fitter. He is a true professional; vastly experienced and passionate about getting the right fit. It was a tremendous experience to be in the hands of someone so dedicated. Post surgery, my feet are complicated and yet the boots are perfect in every way. Very highly recommended. Thank you Andy.

I asked Andy to fit my boots on a skiing trip to Perisher. I’ve never had a professional fitting like it. Andy actually taught me a lot about my feet I didn’t know. We tried several pairs of boots and eventually landed on the pair most suited to my foot shape.When I went skiing later that day, the difference between my new boots and the rentals I had been using was like night and day.Getting a pair of boots that fit and work properly is completely worth it. And having an expert like Andy, who knows what they're doing, means you’re investing in the right pair of boots and not wasting a whole lot of money.Thanks Andy!

I can honestly say without hyperbole that having boots fitted by Andy was the most satisfying customer experience I have ever had. Andy was attentive and it was clear that getting us into the right boots was his top priority. Nothing said this more than his visible joy when I told him his footbeds had managed to get rid of the pressure points I had been feeling in my boots. He paid particular attention to the kind of skiing we wanted to do and matched us with boots that would work for our ability and beyond as we progressed. Andy is a wealth of knowledge about feet and how we use them and the fitting sessions were as much of an educational experience as a shopping trip. We never felt rushed and he did not hesitate to spend as much time with us as needed. He is also just a fantastic person to chat to about anything. I looked forward to our second fitting session just for the chat. I can’t recommend Andy enough to anyone that cares about getting boots that fit.
