Flip Out Box Hill

We paid for an hour and the kids only played for 30 minutes. The lady at the counter literally told me to follow the announcements to know when to start and when to finish. Their band announcement started at 6 and ended at 6:30 the kids have been asked to leave at 6:35. When I asked about this, the cashier lady said that their session starts as soon as we pay not according to the announcement ( different than the other lady) and it took us a long time to get them in with the so many from details to fill!!!I do not recommend this place. They scam you and there is no way to prove it or track how long the kids actually play!We will not come back here again!!

My son comes here once a week now and we’ve had great experiences everytime. The staff are lovely, especially the tall guy working last Monday (1st may) after 5pm..he was so great with my son and helping him on the climbing area in the back!

This has to be one of the best play centres I have taken my children. I have two kids, 4 and 7, and I often struggle finding a place which caters to both their ages. Flipout has sections for all ages, including a junior trampoline for my little one. The experience was very well priced for what was offered. The staff are very interactive with the children and made us feel extremely welcome. Will definitely be suggesting this place to others!

The first time attending Flip Out was great and the kids had a blast. The person in the reception area was great, filling us in on the park, what the kids may enjoy for their 'level' (AKA the ball pit obstacle course) and was just super helpful. The kids LOVED the 2hr session, i thought it was reasonably priced and the kids they barely left the 'ninja' obstacle course over the ball pit.The second time we came here, (if could give 0 stars I would) was terrible. My kids are not equipped to do the parkour section, and the girls at the front desk DID NOT notify us that the obstacle course was not available.. basically, I was charged FULL PRICE for a trampoline that I could get for free in my backyard. A joke. To add, I was told we had" to purchase Flip Out grip socks which was an added cost despite seeing others inside the park without. Again very poor.I did notify the girls at the front desk that they should be letting people know that the obstacle course was unavailable but I'm sure nothing came of that.Will NOT be recommending."

My kids love going to flip out, the staff members in the play area are nice and helpful. However, I had a very bad experience with the staff member at the service desk whose name is India. Her customer service is extremely bad. I told her that I have a dollar coin stucked in the claw machine which is operating at their premises and I would like to have the dollar coin back. She told me in the rudest expression that there is nothing she can do about the dollar and told me to call the machine company myself. I could not believe when she said she is the manager of the centre. Shocking customer service! I could easily afford to lose a dollar, it's her attitude that I could not get over with. I feel sorry for the owner who employ such a person to be the manager of centre. I have never had such bad experience in a playcentre before. I would love to have the owner or head office to contact me.

We booked a party, but couldn't contact anyone the last 4 days before the party. Emails not replied, calls not answered or returned.On the day, entering the venue took 15min+ (out of 1hr play time) because there was only one person helping a long queue of people to sign-in.The party was set up next to a storage area, with lots of boxes and crates, which was not only professional but also dangerous for small kids.Overall, unsatisfactory service.But kids had a ball at the activity area.

I would love no star rating.Prices are ridiculous and on a timer .My daughter 35 to supervise and granddaughter $65 for 2 hoursOnly few tables for parents, ordered “ice coffee and chocolate came in pesi cup, lucky if 200 mils, luke warm it was like milk wasn’t from fridge absolutely disgusting.Day before went to Lollipops in Noble Park 10 stars $24 for rock climbing and playcentre. I hour limit only on rock climbing which is hour long supervise session with 20 times more climbing equipmentBig Rip Offs

Arrived with pre purchased tickets, to have to then wait 20mins at the checkin due to one staff member managing the desk. There was no order with checking in and with parties arriving at the same time created chaos and poor management.Limited items of food choices with only junk food available. Though coffees arrived fast than entry with two staff members working at the kiosk.

Such an awesome place! Great variety of things for thr kids to do! I wish this was around when I was a kid!

5 stars because everyone had a great time - despite a few small problems.We arrived for a self-catering party. 20 kids and about thirty adults. We'd arranged for food from the venue for the kids and brought in a few sandwich platters from Subway. We also opened a tab with the cafe for drinks and any extras. This meant that any of our party could just rock up to the cafe, give our party name and order a coffee or whatever they wanted. This worked very well but, to be honest, anyone could say they were in our party and get whatever they wanted on my bill.So all of our party eventually straggled in and the kids ran wild. As we were self-catering we didn't have a dedicated host so we were left to our own devices - which we much preferred.There was always a member of staff in view if we needed anything. They looked about 12 years old but they were always there! Top marks for that.Then we had our biggest problem. Food started to arrive. A lot of food. Too much food. Massive amounts of food.I have to stress this wasn't the venue's fault. It was mine. I ordered too much food.The food itself was perfect kids food. Not terribly healthy but tasty and stuff they'd eat. And the pizzas were pretty damn good for fast food. Very impressed!Kid themselves ran around like loonies and had a great time. As there was always staff around and watching, we parents could relax and gossip and keep half an eye on the kids.At the end they brought out our birthday cake. We did the happy birthday thing and then all went home.For what we paid it was well worth the money. It's not flash, it's not clever but it doesn't pretend to be. It's just a great place for a kids birthday party. We'll probably do this again. Just not order so much food!
