My partner and I cannot say enough nice things about all of the amazing staff here. They helped us out immensely when our old cat got really sick and needed to be put down, they where helpful, compassionate, sympathetic and understanding and also helped us organise for him to be creamated and returned in a timely and respectful fashion. Would definately recommended this vet clinic to everyome.

The receptionist was fantastic and helped with sorting out all the paperwork. Kimberley, our vet, provided us with all the options and the best way to move forward with treatment for my dog. I will be going back again. Great service, best advice and vet care.

The staff are fantastic and caring. My dog attended after being bitten by a brown snake and was there for the whole day. The vet gave me updates throughout the day and called me the day after and the week after just to check and make sure he was recovering well. Highly recommend!

Dr Ally was absolutely fantastic with our new pup, 12 week old Neo Mastiff Cross, Trevor. She gave us plenty of time today and answered all our new-pup-parent questions thoroughly and with patience. With Trevor she was kind, attentive and thorough. Plus, the lovely lady at the front desk was very friendly to both us and our pup. Great first time experience for us all.

I would recommend Dr Kimberley and her team without reservation or hesitation. When we had to say our final farewell to our little 'Arrow', they were just so thoughtful and respectful to us, giving us time alone with him even after he had passed away. We received the most beautiful card expressing sympathy for the loss of our beautiful dog. They were everything you need at such a sad time. Thank you to you all.Ken and Debra Finnigan

Super helpful staff!! They made our transition with our new kitten very easyUpdate: staff responded promptly when we took our injured cat in. They were honest with saying it was too complex for them after assessment and promptly referred us to JCU. very good service!
