I ordered my girlfriends this boho maxi dress from Spell Designs she kept talking about for her birthday. It wasn’t the cheapest but it seems like all the stuff she likes is pricier than anything I would pay for clothes for myself. The online ordering system seemed pretty easy to use, but I wasn’t sure about the express shipping I needed so I called them to confirm things.The staff at the store were super friendly and helpful, and they got the maxi dress out to me straight away. My girlfriend looks great in it and absolutely loves it. Just in time for summer too! I’ll definitely be buying more stuff for her from here in the future. She really likes bohemian style dresses and clothes and she seems to like pretty much everything they stock so I can’t really go wrong shopping here.

Staff was so rude the woman at counter short curler hair was more interested in herself & her phone did not even want to engage in conversation with meI do not know if she was the owner or not but to the owner if you read this maybe you should get the front representative of your business maybe get her to engage with the customers with some manners maybe eye contact & a smile & show some interest in the people that enter your store & want to purchase from your business.Just utterly rude & felt unwanted so I left,Also maybe a quick refresher course in customer relation skills. Rude staff

I found the shipping for their umbrellas $40 compared to $10 or free with competitors. And then their courier of choice took a very very long time to deliver (sitting at the depot for about 3 weeks). I emailed and they just stopped replying so not happy.

Unfortunately the item I bought was too short, but the customer service to get a refund was phenomenal. Super lovely and personable. Will definitely shop here again!

Absolutely love this charming boutique! The owner/manager is always so lovely and helpful. This boutique stocks a great range of well known brands and curated lesser known gems. I always find something I love in there and have purchased many times.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVEThe staff here are fantastic, willing to have a bit of banter, and generally beautiful human beings.I spent way too much money here on 2 separate occasions and was looked after exceptionally well.The products are high quality and are trendy and fashionable from 18+.Now let’s talk about their unique jewellery and the fact they have crystals on them.Absolutely in love with the rings, earrings, and necklaces. Yes they are expensive but they are so rare and unique each piece isn’t the same and everyone will be asking where you got them from trust me. I get it all the time!!If you’re a hat lover get on down to this store as they have a huge range available and in lot’s of different colours and shapes and sizes!!Overall just park the car and walk in and check it out.A MUST: SEEKE ROSE OIL - Great for the Feminine areas of a women as well as perfume. Natural infused oils with no additives to irritate the skin.Trust me you want this item.

BE WARNED, boho ladies, and STAY AWAY from their Chicko boots!The pics, which I hopefully uploaded, speak thousand words‼️ Not much needs to be added. 5 months of occasional wear (as over the summer in Sydney, so they were on my feet REALLY sporadically) and the heel is torn apart.Back details: these boots are RRP 169$, made from paper-thin so-called leather and have paper-filled heels. Their customer service is terrible - the owner said she won't refund/replace them, neither did she offer to repair the faulty shoes, but said she'd pay me 15$ (15 dollars) towards partial cost of cobbler services. I was amazed at their brazenness. The boots that won't survive even one season? Let me repeat: BE WARNED & STAY AWAY.

Never ever ever had an issue with The Freedom State, I have been ordering and visiting this shop for the past 5 years and have never had a bad experience. I love the shops brand TFS as the clothes are made well and are true to description. The one time I did have an issue (bought a dress from them via online which had a faulty zip, was brand new in package and unopened) and they were really lovely, the owner offered to pay for the zip to be repaired and where I could take it to as it was the last of it's size and the brand (Spell & Gypsy) no longer stocked the item so they couldn't order a replacement. They also offered a full refund (as it wasn't a sale item) and showed me similar styles to what I had ordered should I wish to exchange. I felt the owner and the team gave me excellent service which on the Gold Coast is hard to find in retail. It's a small local business which I'm proud to support. Thoroughly recommend as they go above and beyond.
