Some lovely colleague's I work with whilst visiting Dubbo told me about this new authentic nepalese Restaurant , Me and my sister in law both loved it so fresh an yummy did not disappoint , defiantly will be back xx

First trip to Dubbo. If someone ask what is the best of Dubbo, I would say Food Mandala first., so authentic food. Amazing taste and freshness..Very impressed with the quality. Additional is the service with smile and politeness..

Very, very disappointing. My meal took 1.5 hours to arrive and was burnt, dry and tasteless. They were obviously under staffed, but should not book in large parties if they don't have the staff. I left after 2.5 hours and some of my group had not received their entree yet.

The food here is so wonderful. Dubbo is lucky enough to have some great Indian and Thai, but this Nepalese food is simply a flavour explosion. The menu is lengthy and there is something for everyone. Great vegetarian options. The menu isn't always clear about how spicy things are, so if you're not into that, just double check with the wait staff. I always skip the curries because they're quite similar to Indian cuisine, and there are so many more interesting foods to be discovered. I loath coriander which appears in many of the dishes, but they're all so good it's well worth my effort to pick it out and put aside. Drinks list is basic. Staff are helpful in deciphering the menu.

Nepali Food Mandala
Good, authentic Nepali food. Staff was friendly and warm. We were a big group and ordered thalis. Very filling with delicious food.
