Gym looks great. Love the sophisticated, calming colour scheme. Great view of the horizon from weight training deck with huge balcony. Laura took us through the circuit machines and showed us around the other hubs...ie Pilates, ice bath recovery room, etc. Excellent. Everything looks first class. I appreciate no television, just motivational training videos on screens and no offensive music. :)

I had signed up for a gym membership through a Facebook ad and was initially informed that the gym would open in mid-January. However, it ended up opening in late February and had a strict timetable. When I requested to cancel my membership, they initially assured me that they would refund the money they had deducted from my account for the past six weeks. However, later they reneged on their promise, citing it as against their company policy to issue refunds. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I had paid for a service that I never used and have no intention of using in the future. I strongly advise others to avoid this gym. There are several other gyms in the area that are open 24 hours and offer better services. I am reluctantly giving this gym a one-star review.

The worst possible gym you can sign up too. Money came out of my account 1 month after canceling to then me messaging them 2-3 times a week to try and get it back. Low level of professionalism, absolutely NO communication. There are surrounding gyms in the area that are worth your time.
