Roof leaked from the get-go. It was repaired prior to hand over however 3.5 years later it's leaking again. Had repairs done. Foreman said the leak was due to poor workmanship. Tried for warranty claim. Denied. If you are simply building to a budget - fine, but you will pay for it later. If you want a quality home or someone who stands by their product, I'd look elsewhere. I will use a better builder from now on. Not all bad though. Communication was good and no issues apart from the roof.

I have dealt with MG for the past 9 months and found them professional, timely and easy to deal with. I have had communication with all levels from the General manager to the Building Supervisor and have always found them ready to listen and advise the best course of action. Top marks in my book because they then take action and get it done too!

Just had an old tattooed bloke, driving a silver Ute towing a boat, tell me to Get Fuc**d when I asked him to move out of the driveway after he loaded up his boats esky with beers in a drive thru at Bsld Hills. Not only was he drink driving, (took beer from esky into said Ute before driving off) he was clearly pissed as a newt and driving a vehicle sign written with the company logo. If that’s the standard this mob sets- STEER CLEAR.
