Amazing! Team members were really friendly and wanting to help. I bought my son a down filled jacket for his winter travels to England and Europe and he wore it everyday. Great products and service, highly recommend it. Their recycled polar fleece from plastic bottles are incredible and well worth taking a look at. This is one of my truly valued brands.

Just turned up to this store to look at a tent. The doors were closed. A staff member then came to let 2 customers out. He told me the store was closed due to staff shortage. At that moment another staff member arrived. They told me where their other stores are. I explained this store was the only one with the tent in stock and that I'd just travelled from 50 mins away. They apologized and turned me away. Complete waste of my time. I'm not sure how many staff members they need for me to come in and look at an item. It has made my decision easy... I will now go elsewhere and purchase an MSR tent instead of the Macpac one. Very unhappy!

Great staff at this store. We arrived quite late, around 15mins before closing, but they were still more than happy to take the time to offer up good knowledge and service. Also price matched for us without a hassle. Very happy with our purchases

I recently went to Macpac Windsor to buy shoes. I was served by Ariana. I had to try on many shoes, various styles and sizes to find the perfect shoe. She was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Well equipped store. I didn't appreciate the customer service. Very unhelpful over the phone. Could not be bothered looking for an item to confirm they have it (was available online) but rather requested I should come and look myself. I ordered the item online for pick up, only to get a call to say they didn't have it in stock. Very unorganised and unprofessional.
