Chemist Warehouse Burns Bay Road Lane Cove

Hats off to Julian who works at chemist warehouse in Lane Cove. He is extremely helpful, has attention to detail, very knowledgeable, informative with the product line and has amazing customer service. When you ask for help he will make a point to resolve the question whether it be about a product your looking for or information about a product.Put the retail business aside, Julian is a trustworthy employee. After leaving my contact details with Julian, after I dropped my purse, an hour after he phoned me to advise that he found my $100 Myer voucher that I had lost at the chemist warehouse. He is a honest, person and I am grateful for the good behaviour. I hope Julian’s boss will reward his good behaviour from a return, loyal customer because of his above and beyond customer service approach!!

Variety in health care supplements, supportive team overall. I definitely recommend this Pharmacy, it is managed with care.One of their employee >> KAVYA is very helpful. I really hope progression and success in her career and life.

The pharmacy team are completely useless.Have been with my wife mulitple times and everytime have learnt the following:1) No matter what time of day always allow an hour to get a script filled. Even if the place looks empty they take forever to fill your script.2) Most of the assistants who take the scripts to the pharmacists have no clue what they are doing and don't understand basic requests - never seen such incompetence from a pharmacy.3) There is no communication between staff, my wife has had to have medication ordered a few times. Every time the wrong medication was ordered. We made sure with mutliple staff that the correct medication would be ordered and they still couldn't get it right.Such a shame because other chemist warehouse franchises are great.

My goto place when I couldn't find my medication in other pharmacies. Nice staffs there and it's not crowded.

Terrible customer service at the pharmaceutical counter. Pharmacist was slow, not helpful when asked questions about supply of stock or availability of other products, coupled with her complete lack of empathy for any of the customers who are actually sick and require medication. Have experienced this customer service previously at this store. Will not be shopping here again.

A large variety of products. Can be quite busy at times but service is a bit hit and miss.Staff seem like they are either over worked or the place is just constantly under staffed, but you can save a bit of $$ if you can put up with it.I just can't justify paying in some cases, more than three times more at other pharmacies for medication that is not supposed to be different prices... but that's the Dispensing fee" apparently

My pregnant wife had to get something signed and the people over there said they cant and asked her to wait for 2 hours inorder to get it signed. There were 2 pharmacist and it would have taken only 1 min.RUDE people and worst customer experience(its not like we didnt buy anything else.) The medicines were 150 on top of that their arrogance.

Consistently the slowest script and longest waiting times. Many times here due to proximity to home, always regret.

Was completely shocked at how rude the chemists at the prescription area were. Blew me away that they are in such an important community role, acting in such an arrogant fashion to just about everyone who needed their help.

Multiple CONS and few PROS. CONS: 1) They take in average 30 mins to prepare your script. 2) If you order xyz pharmacy only medication sometimes they say NO. If you ask for the rationale or an evidence-based answer to their negative they sent you to a queue where you have to wait for ages to discuss it with the pharmacist - for that lady who said not to me and looked at me with a blunted face - I bought what I needed at Priceline! :). 3) Some of the pharmacists and their assistants can be rude. PROS: Great variety of products. 2) Good discounts in some products. 3) Reasonable prices.
