BUYERS & SELLERS BEWARE of Slade Small from Blackbird Real Estate Nowra.We are another victim of Slade Small's deceptive activities and behaviour as a Licenced Real Estate Agent. My daughter and I were buying a house through Slade Small. My daughter paid a 5% deposit of $45,750 on the 2/12/21 with the seller pulling out so the target was the Seller. Hence, we have been requesting the 5% deposit to be refunded since 11/12/2021 with only getting different excuses every time and broken promise that the funds would be paid, as recent as last Friday. Its now been over 5 weeks and still no deposit refunded.

Sold my property through Slade Audley Small through auction. After auction he was not responding to any calls, voice messages or sms sent by myself. 7 weeks ago we completed settlement and I am still awaiting the deposit to be received from Black Bird Real Estate NOWRA.Would not recommend to anyone! Sellers and buyers beware
