Awesome Service, Jack really helpful getting me sorted with an issue I was having with my 12V setup.

Cairns store is great, very welcoming staff, not pushy, great range of stock at awesome prices. Thank you for coming to this part of the country.

Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased a fridge/freezer on 15/3 at the Mackay store. Product is faulty, will be running fine and then out of nowhere the temp increases. We've lost multiple grocery shops due to the issue. One week it might happen once, the next it week it may happen mutliple times, the following couple of weeks it may seem to run fine and then it faults again. There is also a more recent ticking noise associated with the temp increase. It's temperamental, unpredictable and difficult to replicate, as we have no idea what is causing this to happen. Called the customer service number, they advised to take it back into store. Took it back into the Mackay store 8 days after purchase on 23/3 thinking it would be a simple exchange for a faulty product. Jason took it to test it, he had it for the day, when we went back to check on the progress (as there is no direct phone number to the store and no one had called us, despite having told us we would get a call from them in an hour or two) Jason said he couldn't find anything wrong and claimed the problem was due to dirty" electricity (we are travelling in a caravan and had the fridge connected to the caravan). We took the fridge back and listened to Jason's advice to plug it in an alternative power source. We plugged it into mains at various caravan parks

Very helpful female staff member. They were advertising a 138 battery which was not in stock and not due soon. Still got what I needed.

Would give a zero star if i could.Horrible online service. Most my items where sent to the wrong adress then told i had to pay shipping again and told i must have entered the wrong address even though i received other items on the same order... absoulute joke. Minimum 15 minute wait on the help line and no return calls as promised.

I took my Grandson to Kings 4WD superstore in Cairns on Saturday to buy birthday presents for his mother. The layout of the store was excellent, easy to find what you were looking for. Staff were friendly and very helpful.great prices also
