Went there looking for a couple of birthday gifts, as I noticed they had a sale on.A woman who worked there, walked in before me, looked at me and walked off.Stood at the counter and I heard her say I think SHE needs help. Sounded like because I wasn’t wearing a my Chanel suit, I didn’t deserve to be served.So a sales woman wanders over (looked like she was half asleep).Asked her if she could please show me a couple of bracelets - it was like pulling teeth, no conversation, no smile, she didn’t care, didn’t try and upsell. Just this sleepy look like she was forced to served the “great unwashed”.Yes I was casually dressed, but I was clean and tidy & wearing a full face of make up. I was also very polite & smiled.I was going to buy extra things to add to the presents, but only bought a couple of bangles & left.It’s a shame Carlingford has closed because they gave great service.Just because I’m not dressed up doesn’t mean the colour of my money isn’t the same as someone who is.Won’t be back….

Very helpful staff, I have had several repairs done with them recently and all were done to a high standard.
