Amazing service! Helped me out with a large order, super friendly and top quality developing. Had 26 colour rolls and all were developed and scanned same day! Highly recommend

I had a roll of film that had an issue & got turned away by another camera shop who didn’t explain anything to me & just told me to go somewhere else. I decided to go to SydneySuper8 & the nice lady had explained that there was some water damage & that they would not be able to use the machine to develop the photos. I thought that I would lose all my photos but the worker then told me that they could try & do it by hand, though it would be more costly. However, she came back & let me know that they would develop the film for the standard price which I was surprised to hear & am so grateful for. Not only did they go above & beyond to try & help me, but I received the photos the day after!! I am so impressed with their customer service & it is clear that they care for their customers. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone.

Visited today for the first time to get film develop + scan. I went on multiple recommendations on how fast they were. When I arrived it was super busy, assumed I would have to wait a day or two. But my scans just dropped in my inbox. Looking great (despite my photography skills). Very cute place and professional service too.

BEWAREI wouldn’t purchase a camera from this store if you are looking for professional service and honest prices. I purchased a rangefinder camera from the store which proceeded to break after shooting just 3 rolls of film through it despite taking care of the cameras (as I do with my other cameras). The aperture blades of the lens became stuck and some even appeared to become disconnected from the internal lens assembly. I suspect this may have been repaired or tinkered with before it was sold to me, for a price far higher than what I could have received on e-Bay. Whilst I want to be polite, the service I received from the store was far from acceptable. The store owners were fighting with each other in a heated verbal altercation while I was waiting to make a purchase. I have had a far better experience in purchasing cameras from reputable Japanese e-Bay sellers for much cheaper prices and higher quality cameras. I don’t think I will be shopping here again.Edit: I did not want to return to your store in order to have you attempt to fix the camera because visiting your store was a terrible experience. I simply purchased a new camera. Your replies to the many constructive google reviews reflect your immaturity and toxic customer service. Because of your offensive reply I have changed my review to a 1 star.

Great friendly service - as a film newbie I was quite nervous dropping off some of my first rolls of film and the lady was so warm and kind and they said I’d have the scans back in a few hours which is wild! Definitely worth the hour drive from Wollongong - might be a weekly trip for me I think!

Amazing film lab and shop. I absolutely love coming and getting my film developed here, the results are always incredible. All of the staff are super nice and friendly.

This will be my go-to place for film developing and anything camera-gear related! Their prices are reasonable and the same-day scanning service for 35mm colour (when possible) is much appreciated. Special thanks to Chris for the lovely chat also.

Very friendly and supportive staff. I purchased a Rollei 35s from them and they were happy to explain everything about the camera to me.I went back the next day to buy something else and I found an envelope with my name on it with all the accessories of the camera that I forgot to pickup!I highly recommend this place and I wish them all the best.

I’ve been getting film developed here for a while and it’s always incredibly fast service.These guys know their stuff and were incredibly helpful when I brought my dads Pentax in for repair. They’re hilarious too!
