In three weeks I have improved my flexibility and strength, I knew I would like a new approach to training but I didn't expect I would love it as much as it do . The trainers are all experienced and motivating and the classes are dynamically different all the time. Very clean and nice studio too . Thanks so much KX Glenelg.

Trainers are very professional and full of enthusiasm which makes exercise so much fun. I just love to come to Glenelg studio for exercise!
