Highly recommend FBI to anyone building or renovating. I had some idea of what I wanted but no idea how to bring it all together. Natalie was able to work through my ideas and questions and pull together vanities & cabinets for two bathrooms that I was happy with and had confidence it would look good. Natalie combines her flare for interior design with a detailed product knowledge and makes the magic happen!

This store provides an impressive variety of bathroom goods, ensuring you can find exactly what you need to make your space uniquely yours.The prices are truly remarkable, striking a wonderful balance between affordability and quality. Beyond their extensive inventory and competitive pricing, their customer service stands as a testament to their commitment to their customers.In short, this store seems to have mastered the art of retail - offering the best of product variety, pricing, and customer service. What more could one possibly ask for? Without a doubt, a full 5-star rating experience.

Please do not shop at this store. It is a very unprofessional store. At first, I found ABI interior online （from Facebook）and thought it was great. Then, I found out that their physical store is located in New Farm, but it turned out to be another company when arrived, named FBI interior. I wanted them to do some design and color matching for me. The owner asked for a $100 consultation fee, which could be refunded if I was satisfied and made a purchase at the store.We purchased over $30,000 worth of tiles and bathroom products from this store, but encountered many issues.Firstly, the $100 consultation fee was not refunded as promised and we had to request for it to be credited.Secondly, the store intentionally split the payment into two transactions, each of which included a hidden delivery fee of $399. This fee was also positioned in the middle of the receipt, making it difficult to notice.Thirdly, the store had a strict no-return policy, which we discovered when we tried to return some products due to sizing issues. They refused to take back two bathroom mirrors claiming that they were custom-made, but we found out that they were actually off-the-shelf products.Fourthly, as we had purchased a large quantity of items and made some exchanges, the store intentionally concealed our credit balance. When we noticed discrepancies in the refund amount and requested for a detailed breakdown, they initially refused to help, citing lack of time. However, after presenting evidence, they eventually refunded approximately $1000 of credit.When we went to pick up items, they did not give us 2 x the kitchen pull out taps, We only discovered this when we started installing everything, but the store refused to acknolegdge the mistake and we had to buy 2 new taps today.Lastly, the store recommended 1.2-meter-long, 3-millimeter-thick tiles for our 2-meter-by-2-meter laundry room. However, we soon discovered that these tiles were too thin and long to be laid on the floor. Despite our dissatisfaction, the store did not allow us to return or exchange any tiles once they had been purchased.In summary, please avoid shopping at this store due to the numerous issues encountered.I am happy to provide any evidence, including receipts and emails correspondence. In short, this is a dishonest store!

Owning a small building company one of my greatest hurdles is not only helping my clients piece together everything they need for their renovations but also ensuing that the products we do find are of a great quality and easily accessible.Since I have found FBI interiors and met Michael and Nat that stress has been reduced substantially, not only are they so lovely and professional but their knowledge of everything they stock and the sheer variety of products they offer to suit everyone’s taste and budget is unbelievable, not to mention how helpful they can be even with the design aspect. It really is a one stop shop and such a warming experience making the whole process enjoyable.I could not recommend these guys and their products any higher! I was at a complete loss with regard to tile and accessory selection for our two bathrooms we are renovating- and then Natalie happened :) She was so helpful and patient, and assisted us in narrowing the selection down. We are so happy with our choices, and even our plumber asked where we had ordered our tapware from, as he thought it was beautiful quality!Importantly, the after sales service has been exceptional. Natalie has kept us in the loop with stock arrivals, without us having to chase her up. More business owners should take a leaf out of Natalie's book on how to run a business.Highly, highly recommend.

Took the item back but never gave us a refund (and refuse to yet still kept the item), can't wait to challenge this one with ACCC.

Misappropriation and misleading information are also covered under the same act. We strongly suggest you get your facts right

You can go to any store and encounter a sales person but Michael and Natalie are experienced, knowledgeable, and engaged in the process.We are still working through our renovations and have done quite a bit of searching and researching, and we always come back to FBI, because they offer the best price and a modern quality selection.There were also many items we would not have known we needed had we shopped online without guidance, especially plumbing bobs and bits.All thumbs up. Can't wait to see the finished look.

Feeling stressed and overwhelmed about my renovation, I came to FBI to get some inspiration. In the end, I left a happy and relaxed paying customer, all thanks to excellent customer service.I wasn’t completely clear on the what I was looking for, under a tight time crunch and had an overtired toddler in tow. Michael showed my little girl the kids corner (where she passed out on the bean bag for an hour!!!) and immediately put me at ease about the whole process ahead.FBI has beautiful high quality products, incredibly competitive prices, are family friendly and made me feel confident in what’s been a very stressful process.
