Woolworths St Clair

The staff were amazing and that's why I gave 2 stars ✨ Online items were not available as described. 40klm round trip for nothing.

Absolutely appalling service, would rate zero if possible. After 20 years of coming here I’m done. I placed an order for click and collect for between 6pm-7pm and received the text notification to say it way ready for collection at 6:39. I followed the link to let them know my husband was on my way and then again notified them once he had arrived. He waited almost an hour to finally be told there was a mix up and our order hadn’t even been packed yet. My husband works nights (now late for work) and I am at home heavily pregnant with a child in bed already so he had to leave and I couldn’t get down there. He told them to cancel the order and refund it. They said they weren’t capable and to call customer service. While all this had been happening I had been calling the store non stop. After it ringing out 8 times someone answered and advised me to call customer service to cancel the order so they don’t pack it. I called the 1300 number they provided to me immediately to receive a voicemail to say I am calling outside their hours! I have been calling the store back non stop since and still getting no answer. I wish I would say this is the first time there has been an issue with the click and collect service at st Clair, but there has been an issue every time. Either they have left out items that they have charged me for and I’ve had to go back in or after notifying them I’m there I have had to stand and wait for around waiting for 30mins. Completely useless service and hardly ever anyone at the service desk. My card has been charged for something I can’t get down there to get and I can’t even speak to anyone there about it.

I just had a bad experience with Woolworths st Clair and none of the staff there were helpful at all. I am a regular customer and most of the employees know me and on this one occasion I needed an item that was a necessity although the price at the store and the price online were different. The one online was way cheaper and when I asked why was that? They simply replied with I don’t know. I think that it is ridiculous that a mop bucket being priced differently just because one is online and one is at the store. She said if I go online and purchase it now I’ll be able to get it by tomorrow. And when asked employees why their system is like that they don’t have answers. I find this very unprofessional! The manager couldn’t even explain to me why Woolworths online System and the store prices were different. She simply said that’s just how it is. I’m sorry but I did not appreciate how the employees at st Clair Woolworths handled this situation just turned me off the store. If I could give 0 I would for the stock that they never have too!!!

St Clair Woolworth isn,t as good as other Woolworths, especially Auburn Woolworth, as they always have plenty of stock, whereas St Clair Woolworths are terrible at not keeping their shelves stocked and their milk always goes off before use by date. I have a feeling in not put in the refrigerator as soon as delivered. I personally don't like my local Woolworths in St Clair.

It is a Woolies. Medium size. Standard (mostly) Woolies fare.

Use to be great however as most of the other recent reviewers have mentioned, the service from the checkout staff is just extremely poor, very droning and interested. Items are often packed poorly without care at the express counter. Not a great last impression before leaving the store.Filling and roaming staff have always been great at helping me find items though!

Not a fan of how they leave pallets of meats laying out with 1 person filling (has definitely caused food poisoning in our house!), and real disappointed in the butchers being taken out, pre packed steaks aren't the same and I miss the waygu! Otherwise most staff friendly, and mostly a reliable store.

Worst woolworths in one of the worst shopping centres. Not nearly enough register operators, especially in peak times like weekends, Christmas etc. Every week home shop manages to leave bags of food down there. Then when you try to call the store no one answers the phone. There's afew good people but the majority you wouldn't bother with. Ill continue to Drive past it every week on my way to Caddens until you put a bulldozer through the place and start again

Unfortunately our St Clair's Woolworths isn't anything to rave about. The produce is often subpar, with multiple instances of meat going off before the use by date. They're also very difficult to reach by phone to address such issues.

I thoroughly enjoy my shopping experience with all the hardworking staff there. They are all extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to help you
