tried out this place as we heard so many good reviews about it, and it was indeed good. we tried 3 of their pies - chunky beef, chicken and curry steak and rolls - sausage and spinach & feta. (i wasn’t able to take a pic of them all). the crust is a bit dry but the filling is really good. i like the flavour especially the chicken one. not that much of a fan of their rolls though.. i love their pies more..was keen to try their profiteroles next time. we weren’t able to get one coz apparently it’s only available from 10:30..

Delicious pies! Our family ordered the steak & mushroom, beef & potato and curry pie. Great pastry and filling. Service was also amazing. Thank you! Will be back again :)

Great customer service and a wide selection of pies to choose from. Had the Cheese and Bacon, chunky chicken pies, both had crispy pastry and succulent fillings. Highly recommend if you want to try one of the best pies in Australia

I thought here we go again! An award winning pie shop that is probably going to be disappointing like all those we have tried before, this nearly made us give it a miss. So glad I decided to give it a go WOW beautiful pies, I wish I was in the area long enough to go back and try more flavours. Perfect bottom, amazing flaky pastry and the contents YUM. I had the steak and kidney, I know that is not everyone’s thing! But if it is you have to try. I’m so fussy with pies I don’t usually get “chunky” as I find the meat is always dry, not this one, meat was succulent. My partner had beef bourguignon and it was sssooo tasty. Also tried their sausage roll, best I have had for years. There were so many others I would have liked to have tried.. next time.

The lamb pie and profiteroles are still sooo amazing =] it's been 6yrs since I've been back and it fully made my day that it was still Soo yummy

Great pies! A bit too much sauce vs meat but still tasty nonetheless.Toffee profiteroles and lamington were also both delicious. Custard in the profiterole was light and not overly sweet. The lamington is a moist cake texture with a heavier cream through the middle rather than the usual light sponge, light cream combo.

Came at just after midday on a Sunday, happened to be Father’s Day. Extremely busy but the pies are worth the wait, absolutely delicious and the temperature isn’t too hot so you can eat it without burning your mouth. Highly recommended

It doesn't look like much outside, but it is a gem of a place.I had the lamb pie and it was like eating a roast. Adding sauce was an insult to this pie. The food is TOP QUALITY in flavour and ingredients.My family drive from Budgewoi specifically to get these pies and sit by the water to eat them.Delicious! The profiteroles were so very yummy aswell.

Visited here on the Sunday of the long weekend, a really long queue but there were plenty of staff so the line moved pretty quickly. Had a bacon quiche, nice and moist interior and plenty of bacon made for a great experience. Price was very reasonable - cheaper than a cup if tea in a local cafe !!

I highly recommend their delicious vegetarian pies and great selection of cakes. Well worth going any day of the week. Loads of filling in the pies. The pastry was flaky and perfectly cooked. All the pies are cooked on site.It is easy to park near the store. You can sit out the front of the shop as they have tables and chairs or stroll down to the waterfront. Put this pie shop on your to do list.
