Had an appointment re our dogs a few months ago. Learnt a couple of techniques that helped with our problems, but still a lot of work to be done. The appointment was primarily the trainer Ron telling us how we screwed our dogs up, which is fine I guess, but only 2/5 of the techniques we were shown" have worked.Additionally we were told that following our appointment we would have ongoing support. I've sent about 5 follow up emails since with no reply after the first day.I'll leave the decision to you. He helpes a little but left a lot unhelped and now I'm feeling like I might need to pay for another trainer...."
