Em&Co Hair

I always feel so amazing after leaving Em! I get so many compliments on my hair. The atmosphere here is amazing, along with so many lovely staff.

I had a wash and blow dry with Cushla and it was amazing! She was so kind and professional the whole way through and her head massage was the bestttttt! She waved my hair too and she just did such an amazing job, I loved it and felt so fresh after. She’s such a beautiful person and made my experience really enjoyable xx

I was so excited when my husband told me he’d booked an appointment for me to get my hair done at Em&Co. I had been a few weeks prior for my daughter and they were so wonderful.My husband told me he had phoned to tell them I usually got foils and a colour and a cut but he wasn’t sure exactly and was assured they’d just book enough time to cover all basis. I never do anything for myself and this was going to be the start of doing things for myself on a regular basis.When I arrived, the stylist was pretty dismissive of me, told me I “wasn’t booked in for that” when I showed her a photo of something I liked and left me in the hands of another young lady (who was lovely and brilliant). That’s fine - I wasn’t sure what my husband ended up booking. But when she couldn’t be bothered to come and see if I liked the colour, I felt pretty low. The colour was done, my hair had been blow dried but still no interest from the stylist.By half way through, I was so uncomfortable and felt like the biggest inconvenience I just wanted out of there. I didn’t even bother with a cut. The colour turned out nice, however $205 for an all over colour on short hair seems pretty expensive.I really wanted to be able to say “the team was amazing” but I just can’t. The lady that did my colour, I think her name was Emily; was beautiful but that is the most positive part of my experience.For anyone looking to do something nice for themselves, I wouldn’t recommend. Sorry.

Tried to call back 4 times to reschedule appointment and then got called back on the day before (the appointment), absolutely unprofessional! Not impressed!

I had a great experience with Em. She was very knowledgeable about post partum impacts on hair and managed to completely transform my look. I could not be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great salon

The staff are fabulous, Em listens and makes great suggestions the haircut & colour have been great. I stumbled across her a week after she opened her new salon in Nov 2020. Been 2 x 1st consult and cut with colour and Christmas freshener. Em & all of her staff are really fantastic. Have 3rd appointment booked this week. Prices are really fair and there are no surprises. They are listed on Facebook & on the Website. Really Happy I have found an amazing hairdresser in North Lakes/Mango Hill.

Beautiful new salon in North Lakes. Em & Chloe did an amazing job on my hair. Lovely space and great service. Highly recommended
