These posties are definitely getting worse on their laziness levels.Doesn’t matter you’re at home or not, even your preference is safe drop, they will never deliver your parcel.Shame on you that’s why Australia economy is so dead. Logistics failure.

Double check every part of your receipt if you use this post office to mail anything. They didn't scan all my lodgements and the ones they did scan had the wrong postcode details entered for them. Go down the street to the other Australia Post nearby if you can.

The self-service machines are not in use. Huge line during lunch time. The line is not moving at all after 5 minutes. 10 other customers joined the queue after me during this time.

Worst ever, went to pickup a parcel that had to be delivered initially but didn’t, and after all that, they wanted my ID, sadly I don’t carry my IDs on me every single second, although had a scan of them on my phone, but they needed a physical one??Like I waisted my time just cause they couldn’t check me from my digital scanned IDs? And that too with the utter rudeness of the lady at the counter. I’ve been to other Australia posts and they were much much better at everything, and not do they make a fuss out of a small thing like this

Compared with Woden shop and bel shop, the staff in this shop are really really rude and unprofessional and brain dead.Very low efficiency and don't know how there post service work.Waste a lot of time here.
