Seen a few reviews on the exact same thing about holding a bottle of drink (lid closed and not even drinking) just held in my hand.It’s a silly policy to not let you in bc of a drink being held and not even drinking. The way I was approached by the door security was quiet abrupt and rude to be honest.Update: walked in eventually with no drinks and to find a few customers with boost juice in their hands. Weird. Keep that policy standard for every customer not just pick & choose. Anyways karma because that customer left his boost juice on the floor in your fitting room lol

I recently visited the store and had a great experience. I was helped by Wasim who provided excellent customer service. He was very polite, sharp and helped me get items I need. I ended up buying things he suggested would be good alternatives or additions too. Unfortunately, sizes were not there otherwise would've bought much more. Very nice store and clothes!

I had a visit recently. Usually the place is really busy so i had an impression that this outlet wont be well maintained.But my mind was blown up when i saw such a well maintained Ralph Lauren store. The staff was really cooperative and nice. Always there to assist you.The variety of clothes was good. The discount was good as usually items were on like 30 percent off beside there was an clearance section where you can find items to 1/4th of original priceOverall it was a great experienceHighly recommended

Worst experience there. Been there last Thursday. When I walk in with a bottle of drink in my hands. One mid age staff came to me .loudly speaking to me “ no drinks in the shop ! Get out” what a disgusting attitude. You shouldn’t work for polo . You represent rudest human being . And on top of that . You will see a local customer also have a cup of coffee in his hand. And he won’t say anything. Because I am Asian ? So disgusting.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good quality clothing. My wife was just looking around and I ended up buying a pair of pants for $60. Good value. Down from $189.
