Unfortunately, after 5 visits to our house and 5 months of waiting, neither our dishwasher or our fridge were fixed. We needed to chase them to follow up on our appliances being repaired, as they were not proactive at all. In the end, we used another company to fix our dishwasher and our fridge because we couldnt wait any longer or give any more chances to J&L Cross. Couldn't possibly recommend.

Josh Cross and co really do tick all the boxes. Best electricians I have every used and we do use a lot of trades, regularly. One call and I have help faster than an ambulance! Jobs always done quickly and efficiently. Matt always goes beyond too. I will recommend J&L CROSS to everyone.

Paid $99 for a call-out repair. they couldn't fix it they said I did not have parts or could not get them.Even though it was common air conditioner drain tubing. Incomes r&l air conditioners repairs a week later fixes the problem in half an hour to 40 minutes. shame on you guys asking $99 for 5 minutes of nothing.Thumbs up for R&L for perseverance.

Very professional, on timeReplaced ice maker in fridge and motherboard.Had to call back couple hours later as freezer not working.New motherboard had fault.This was all just before christmas and he returned almost immediately.Would definately recommend them.

Booked a technician 10 days ago to do a job today. Rang to check the time and told that he is not coming. Said they sent a txt a week ago to tell me this. I didn't receive it. What annoys me is they accepted the job and then cancelled without even a phone call. Very unprofessional. Now stuck with making another booking elsewhere. Do not recommend this business.

He came out sprayed abit of soapy water on the line and told me what I knew already it's leaking gas" and left. Here 10 minutes charged for the hour and harassed to pay for ehat i believe i shouldnt have but anyway."
