There was a huge line waiting outside even though it was 11am and 30 degrees outside. I am currently in a moon boot and in pain. There's no way I could stand there for an extended period of time.I was advised that the wait is at least an hr. I have to have a new photo taken for my blue card so I am not sure how I am supposed to make that happen. I also wonder what the cost is to employers when they are paying employees to wait for extended periods of time to wait for things that are essential for their employment.

I attended this branch in order to have my license renewed and was met by approximately 30 people waiting outside in the summer heat and an additional 30 to 40 people waiting inside, and this was @ approximately 1:30PM. I asked a Staff member at the door what the wait time was and was told between 1-2 hours!When I’m paying just shy of $1000 per annum to register a private use passenger vehicle and pay $.50 per litre in fuel tax I expect a hell of a lot better service than this. Bloody disgraceful!

Great local for all things car and government: registration, vehicle tax, licencing and driver testing.Friendly staff and great customer service.Get there early to avoid waiting in line outside (limited entry). Limited parking in premises. Actually avoid parking on site.

Even with the huge demand for license renewal services with all the data breaches I was in and out in less than an hour around lunch. I also had a really pleasant customer service person take care of my request. I was expecting it to be a bad experience but was pleasantly surprised.

Attended this branch to transfer a nsw licence over. Had to queue up outside to even get in, then waited over an hour to finally get called up.Once we got called up our customer service attendant was more concerned with assisting her colleague at the next desk with her job.If the staff can't complete tasks on their own without halting others from doing their work then there clearly isn't enough training in place.Absolutely ridiculous really.

Not complaining, just highlighting TMR really need to evaluate each customer service stores traffic. Ive been to 4 stores on the Nth side of Brisbane this week and all had no sitting room inside with customers lined up down the street, some waiting hrs in the hot weather. More transactions and items need to be approved for completion online to minimise the excess people traffic and delays at the stores, Its ridiculous.....

I've been here several times over the year's, service from staff is always prompt, friendly & efficient. Jess looked after us after a bit of a wait, but went out of her way to look after 3 different things to look after. She helped as much as she could and we were on our way in no time. Some people complain about wait times, either try a bit later or earlier, it works for me, or go grab a coffee, if your leg isn't good, take a walking stick, you would know by now main roads are always busy places.These people couldn't work a main roads job for a minute, as they have no patience, manners or respect, or sense in some cases. I'm a carer and actually think i couldn't put up with some of the people that walk in this place, hence the 5 star to mains road Kippa-Ring. Maybe we need a good old fashioned 1930s recession soup line wait, then you will know real hardships. Like everything today a lot of people complain about anything & everything.

This place is a joke. Wasted 2 hours last week to transfer a registration and was sent off when there wasn’t enough information and now I’ve had to come back and waste another 2 hours of my day waiting to be served. Security allocate you a place to sit and if you dare stand up you’re told to sit down. We are all just sheep waiting for our numbers and made to comply. I also cannot believe after being closed for 4 days, the lack of staff that are present.
