I cannot recommend M5 Industrial enough! I’ve had many agents from different agencies in the past and none have compared with the service I’ve received by M5, in particular from our agent, Isaac Neary. We had to upgrade into a bigger warehouse and unfortunately meant breaking our lease. Isaac facilitated the entire process and found a new tenant within days and could not believe how seamless the transition was. The team at the office including Isaac are also very prompt and attentive resolving any issues that arise with the building such as plumbing, electrical, etc. A team like M5 is exactly what you’re wanting when it comes to an agent. Thank you team!
