Very helpful. Had an issue with a screen they had replaced earlier, and without having to ask they replaced the screen free of charge. Highly recommend these guys.

Do not go here! Worst customer service ever. Paid $55 for two screen protectors; both cracked within a month. They refused to replace them without charging $55 again. Will never go back.

It is a total scam and fraud. Please avoid this company for any mobile repair services. I recently purchased a glass screen protector for my iPhone 11 which was told to be for $20. However the shop keeper charged $75 through PayPass. When I went back to ask for a refund as it was showing up as TN Mobile Claremont Pty Ltd located at 9 Bay view Terrace, Claremont WA 6010 company who has made a deduction of $75 from my bank account instead of $20. They refused to refund the $50 refund and say it is not us. We have a different name registered.However over the phone the other shop keeper told me that we have two branches of Tech mobile located one in Morley and the other in Claremont. When I asked how much do you charge for glass screen protector. The shop keeper replied over the phone $20 but when I asked money has been charged from your Morley kiosk they said over there we don’t do screen protectors.As all clients I didn’t collect the receipt in the end and trusted the shop keeper that he will charge the amount authentically from the PayPass by tapping it once however he tapped it thrice to produce a bill of $75 and then denied that he ever changed the screen protector for my cell phone. Don’t give your bank card for tapping to them and always collect your receipt in the end as an evidence. He was blaming me that your are mistaken but there us no point that for you money is more important than customer satisfaction.

was absolutely disgusting customer service, asked for new battery and charge point. Didn't replace battery and only replaced when i went back and complained,. Whilst putting battery in that i and already payed for, he broke my screen and then tried to tell me it was my fault. finally agreed to change screen for new one and then the touch pads didn't work and it was completely unusable. After returning for the 4th time in one day he refused to serve me and told me its no longer his problem!!!!

My SIM card tray was broken so my card was stuck inside my mobile. They had to disassemble and reassemble the entire phone in order to get it out. They also informed me upfront that there was a risk that the screen could break during the process and how much it would cost to replace. However, the screen didn't break and I got my SIM card back. Great customer service and friendly staff

Horrible service DONT GO THERE EVER AND SAVE YOUR MONEYHad my home button replaced and screen, to start the screen quality is horrible darker and slow response to touch.home button works fine.I had done o Thursday and not used the phone at all until Saturday when I received a call and noticed I could bearally hear the person callingLike the speaker was loose inside the case.I manage to come back today and ask to be looked at, which they did.“Technician” said was not his fault wasn’t working I may have dropped and now is loose.Said was my problem and he would never fix anything for me anymore was I was complainingHe also implied he did not touch the speaker part, I replied saying don’t you need to disconnect to replace the speaker? So how come you didn’t touch? He said was not his problem and walked outDo yourself a favor and don’t spend a cent on this shop

Went to replace the battery of my iPhone XS Max, paid $95 and he installed an aftermarket battery, but in the next days the battery keep dropping. 2 days later went back asked to be replaced with original apple battery. Now is working but doesn’t appear the battery percentage in health. Disappointing.

This place is not good at all, I brought my phone in with a cracked screen. They fixed my screen but it was lagging so much that it was unusable, we came back a second time and they replaced my screen again, but it was worse this time. Today I came back a THIRD time and asked for a refund they agreed, but they would have to put my old screen back on ( which they couldn't find!) so they replaced it with a random smashed screen they had laying around. They gave us only a partial refund as they took a 'service fee' ! My phone is now useless, the screen wasn't even stuck down! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Worst place, I have ever been to, to get my screen fixed.Brought my iPhone 7plus to this place to get my screen fixed as it was cracked. I then had to bring it back in for the second time as my screen was playing up, eg; opening apps and messaging people without me touching my phone. They fixed the problem without paying a fee.A few days later my screen popped out and cracked on its own, so clearly it wasn’t put in correctly and to top it off my battery wasn’t even lasting 20 minutes without me having to put it on charge, taking note that this is a brand new iPhone 7 Plus brought from store a couple of months ago and was working perfectly fine prior to bringing it in to get the screen fixed.So ofcourse I went back for the third time explaining to them what had happened but they “couldnt do anything unless I was to pay the whole fee as it was my fault that this had happened” whilst laughing at me.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

So grateful today to have data transferred from an old broken phone to my new phone. Personal information I needed to retrieve that was so important to me. Great customer service.
