This is my local Pet Barn. Have been a member for years@ Pet barn,I dropped in on Friday to purchace 4kg of cat dried food only to be told thati don't get the discount price on 4KG bag as you only get the discount if your ongoing purchase 60 day buy ....what freaking 1 cat eats 4KG of dried food in 60 days.Must be one big Mother of a cat !!!I found this appauling customer service as a loyal customer no incentive to stay loyal to Pet barn What so ever!!

Always bring my dog here for a wash.$10 for 10 minutes and the water is warm so your dog won’t get cold.Nice enclosed area so you don’t have to worry about getting interrupted by anyone else.A load of different wash options and two different blower speeds encase your dog doesn’t like the sound.Staff are always very friendly and helpful.Huge store, always plenty of stock and very clean.

Appalling customer service by management. Other staff seem friendly. Their policy on returns of dog food is ridiculous and no I’m not making my dog eat the food they don’t like for 10 days if they have been very sick on it.

Bought in my fear reactive rescue pup for a bath. It was great to have such understanding staff that made sure they respected her personal space and made sure everyone that came in or by to do the same. They were honestly amazing and I felt so much better knowing I had their support and my girl was able to have an enjoyable experience
