Went in today to get my license and received stellar, top of line service despite the staff being so busy with miles of people queuing up for their attention. Bravo to the triage desk who smile through every type of enquiry and accent and are so solicitous and sympathetic to everyone they meet. 5 stars, you guys are great.

Simply lodging a form: take a ticket and wait. My number eventually turns up. Go to counter. Staff very friendly and professional. Form was checked while I waited. All correct and then I left. I'll post it next time.

Had to go in today to get my license details changed because of the Optus breach. Services SA have handled this really well.They were very busy because of it but their customer service was excellent.Thanks for your great work it is greatly appreciated.

Short wait in queue but overall surprisingly quick and efficient to renew my drivers license. They have clearly made a big effort to make things easier and more convenient. 2023 Update: attended again with an elderly family member to replace their Driver's License with Proof of Age card. Even quicker this time - in and out inside 10 minutes. They were pleasant, efficient and truly helpful. They really are to be commended for making such a change to what used to be a frustrating and lengthy experience. Now I happily sing their praises. Well done!
