Russell responded promptly and professionally to my request for a full house clean whilst my wife was in hospital. The look on my wife's face as she walked in the door to a sparkling clean house was worth every cent.

We had the pleasure of Russell's service at a very difficult personal time, when my partner was recovering from a serious car accident. He was an absolute godsend, there's no other word for it!! He was always punctual (and very communicative on the odd occasion he was unexpectedly delayed) and he did a great job every time. We were always super confident leaving him to work on the house without supervision—very trustworthy. He always brought a smile and enjoyed a chat with my partner (while never slowing down), which was super helpful to keep our spirits high in such a challenging time. He worked on our home during the height of COVID and was always very respectful and hygienic, following best practice (wearing a mask well before it was mandated, for example). Highly recommended.

Russell provides a VERY professional service each clean. Wonderful attention to detail, always on time and friendly. Never any hassles, cleaning products and cloths provided which is very convenient, also uses his own vacuum. Highly recommended.
