It was not very good for the money, I had to wait upon arrival for my room to be prepared.

Very Disappointing! Nothing like the photos shown and it was like the place wasn't cleaned at all. I advise no one to stay here unless you want to be ripped off.

Friendly hosts however I would not recommend staying at this place. It represents poor value for money, it is definitely not luxury accommodation as suggested. The room was still being prepared upon arrival (at 3.30pm).We were freezing cold for our entire stay. There was 1 tiny heater. There were fireplace if you want you can run it all night, no heating in the bathroom. There were no concerns with the cleanliness of the room. Over priced and needs a lot more attention to detail. In the end from 2 nights we stayed only 1 paying for all of course.

Me and my partner had a great time staying here. Beautiful pot belly fireplace, well lit room, spa bath with a super comfy bed. The owners went and got us some fresh bread for breakfast and there was already heaps of food in the fridge (dips, spreads, bacon, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit and OJ). The nicest hosts ever we had good conversations with them and they made us feel very welcome. There is lots of wildlife around the property like deer and wallabies. Earthstone is a wonderful artist and they are happy to show you his pieces. Thank you so much for such a wonderful time! Will be back!

At first, they seemed nice, but when we walked into the back in a dark (what seemed to be a garage or something, messy paper work everywhere) we just brushed it off and we regret not looking at the place before paying the remaining money.When she showed us around, she pointed out all the faulty appliances that we shouldn't be using, she asked my husband if he was a handyman and how she gets some of her guest to help her 'fix' the place up. Even if my husband is a handyman, we are on our anniversary getaway, we came there to relax not work.The handle of the sliding door (which is basically your main entrance) is broken and anyone can break in literally with a ruler, no security at all.When we saw the bathroom, she told us that she took 3 light bulbs out and only left us with 1, when we asked why she replied because guest leave the lights on when they go out".It was so dusty and dirty

Lovely owners and a serene atmosphere. Very nice rooms but the garden is a little over grown, maybe too much for the hosts now. It would be nice if volunteers would help with maintaining the old traditional gardens. Would stay again and again.

Upon arrival Spider webs surrounding the balcony. Entrance was dirty. There was old mothball smell in the room which we struggled to get rid of. I would question whether the doona covers and blanket gets washed after people stay. We were told how to open drawers so it doesn’t break. The owner assured us there was wifi. This was our wedding night and both our favourite teams were playing so we wanted to watch it after our wedding. My partner tried up upload internet during the day and ran an internet connection test only to find that it had close to no connection at all. 0.2-0.5. Could let even upload email page. We drove home that night and didn’t stay. The owner was rude and didn’t apologise for the inconvenience he caused and refused to refund that night. We paid $600 for two nights and didn’t stay on any night. I was still being nice and only wanting the $300.I will be taking this to ACCC as it was false advertisement by the owners and booking.com is another headache on its own. Can’t even speak to a real life person.Shocking and very old facilities. Needs an upgrade.
