Australia Post - Kirrawee LPO

The rudest male I have ever come across wouldn’t accept a student ID or a photo of a passport asked for a driver license and I’m 15 and would accept a student ID don’t go there so rude

Very bad customer service. Feels like they don’t want to be there. When the woman who owns it was done arguing with me she got her husband to come and finish her point off. Really wish the postman wouldn’t redirect my parcels there as I swore I would never go back after they charged me for passport photos that couldn’t be used because they didn’t have the right requirements. That’s 4 bad experiences there now!

Dropped in to send a parcel and the staff were friendly.

I came here to read the reviews to make my personal experience validated. What horrible customer service. They are so rude and not willing to crack a smile at all. I go out of my way to travel to the lovely ladies at Sutherland Post Office. Avoiding Kirrawee PO unless I have to go in to get a missed delivered parcel.

I would have to describe my experience as disgraceful, not only was my working day out out, to top it of I rang constantly for over an hour they would hang up on you the the phone was engaged again. I’m speechless

Awful customer service. I arrived past 11am to pick up a parcel. I asked given it was a birthday gift if she could just pop out the back and grab it. She insisted I come back next week.

These guys hate their jobs. It’s like it’s an inconvenience for them that your parcels have been dropped off there. Told me off for giving him my name when the parcel was in my Girlfriends name as he had to make two trips to the storeroom! Hilarious haha

It felt like the people running this shop really didn't want to be there. The guy there was questioning, in a disgruntled manner, why my package was posted there, instead of a location closer to my address. I had multiple reasons to do what I did, but it's none of his business regardless and I can post wherever I want!Next door to them on the left is a locked room with small PO boxes covering the walls. I was told that Australia Post said they were looking into upgrading it to a self service, parcel pickup location. This will fix almost all the issues I've mentioned, and some of the concerns of other posting here. I hope Auspost goes ahead of this!

This couple should call it quits and retire. Unhelpful, slow and useless are a few words that spring to mind. I attempted to collect a parcel with an 'Australia Post Notification Advice' only to be told the parcel was not there. No other explanation offered and no follow-up provided. It took me another 18 days of my own investigations to get a resolution. If they don't like providing a service then get out of the business. Australia Post HQ should do something about this appalling Post Office.
