Turned up on time, good communication, changed discs and brake pads in two hours flat for $150 less than the next quote, will definitely use Denis again!

Gave Dennis a call Sunday Morning regarding a rear passenger side window which had ‘popped out’ of tracking. It was closing outside of the frame and wasn’t secure or watertight. Not an everyday fix but Dennis was helpful, friendly and professional and was at my place within a few hours. 45 mins later it was all fixed.Top bloke and, as mentioned earlier, professional, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend his services.Cheers.

It's clear Dennis only has 11 friends and they all gave him a 5 star review.If you want to listen to someone tell you about their divorce, will only work on the car if it is undercover and does not have a bullbar (so he doesn't have to lean too far) then Dennis is your man.I asked him to come out to install my timing belt after I had installed a new head on my vehicle. Everything was out of the way and he just had to ensure the timing was correct, slip the belt on and tension it.I also asked him to install the 4 new injectors I provided as I did not have a deep 22mm socket to torque them in. This was where I over estimated his mechanical aptitude...After a couple of weeks of my engine running poorly/not starting and causing my battery to drain until failure from cranking, I took my injectors out to get them cleaned. Upon doing this I noticed that no washers at all were installed on any of the injectors which was surprising because the washers were gone from the new injector kit... The lack of washers was causing blow back of combustion past the injectors and causing the issues above. I then bought new washer kits and installed them which rectified all my problems. I messaged Dennis about the issue to which he blocked my number and obviously had nothing to say.For a $50 call out fee and $150 per hour (apparently two hours while I was at work) I expected a much better quality of tradesman. I would not trust Dennis to put fuel in my car at the service station.

We had a last minute scare where it appeared that our brake on our child's go-cart, due to be entered into the school race the subsequent day, was loose. We called Dennis. He showed up promptly and within 5 minutes had assessed the situation and explained to us how a sliding disc fixed caliper brake worked and why. He then took the trouble to safety check the rest (steering especially) where he checked the wheel alignment and steering mechanisms. He took the extra time to clean the brakes and was extremely helpful and friendly. We are confident that had the brakes needed to be repaired, he would have done a terrific job and we will use Dennis for any subsequent job.
