We really enjoyed our stay at this rental property, despite getting terrible weather! We were warm and cosy by the gas log fire, and had great views over the bay. The house was very clean and had an excellent kitchen. Very steep driveway though, and lots of stairs to navigate, so not suitable for all ages or abilities. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful!

Beautiful home for a getaway. Had everything you need. Lovely garden and heated jacuzzi, perfect for winter. Huge and spacious. Great host Tom and Guss.

We really enjoyed this premise during our stay, it’s amazing and exactly looks as pic posted, very well furnished with high quality furniture, zero disappointment and we are surprised with the kitchenwares available for us, it’s so well equipped that you can really prepare a good meal for the family, even the cooking oil, spices etc. Weather is too cold but I get to enjoy the sauna, and the ping pong table. Will definitely recommend this premise to friends and relatives !!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house with a stunning ocean view. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the spacious and modern design of the double floor house. The balcony was absolutely massive and provided the perfect spot to relax and take in the incredible scenery.Tom and Guss were incredibly welcoming and make sure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I truly felt like I was staying in a 5-star resort.The location was also perfect - just a short walk from the beach and a number of great restaurants and cafes. Whether you're looking to relax by the water or explore the local area, this house is the perfect base for your stay.Overall, I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway, this is the place for you. Thank you to the host for making my stay so wonderful!

We stayed at the Balnarring Beach property and it was beautiful. We loved our stay. The property was beautifully renovated and very clean. It had everything to make out stay enjoyable and relaxing, with no unnecessary clutter. All the furniture and items in the property were well maintained and easy to use, beds were very comfortable. The outdoor bath was a definite highlight! Only one bathroom and toilet so if going with a bigger group keep this in mind. The toilet and bathroom are separate though which is good. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t wait to return! We stayed here for two nights with a group of girls. It was the perfect spot for a little getaway while visiting local wineries. We enjoyed wines by the fire, cold dip in the pool followed by hot outdoor shower, coffee and chats in the amazing alfresco area, lazing in the hammock, lovely sleep ins in the well-appointed rooms, cooking, watching movies snuggled up on the massive lounge… mount martha cafes are a couple mins drive or decent walk and wineries not far either. We loved the area! Tom and Gus were great communicators and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved our stay :)

We had a wonderful Easter getaway at The Coast & Country Cottage in Balnarring Beach. We loved the location, less than ten minutes walk to the beach, and the indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat.
