My last service handbrake needed adjust, service said will pickup my car on tilt truck,Only to find out they got driver to take my car with sticky handbrake and drive it to there yard! He changed my radio display and cars economy went from 8.3 to 9.3! Rogue driver! Never again! Rule 1! Don't drive a car with brake issues! Rule 2! Don't lie to customers!

Last time I took my car here I was told motor had dropped a valve and they offered me $800 for my car. Maybe they should have replaced the spark plugs like I had requested instead of doing nothing and charging $450. Very disappointed. And yes I did get the right place but thanks for the acknowledgement that you got it wrong in my instance. PS can I please have my parts back? Boot liner, Grill, Engine cover
