We had built over a dozen homes in the Redlands area including one owner build " so we had specific requirements that were non negotiable. Communication and the ability to work together effectively throughout the process were paramount. Further this build was a knockdown and rebuild and due to restricted access post slab stage we needed a builder who could project manage the pool construction. Before we met Ryan from Leafe Designer Homes, we were at the point of giving up on our dream of building our new home. At this point we had owned our land for nearly 12 months and been messed around by many larger builders that would not listen to our brief and were more interested in what they wanted to build. Ryan was already building another home in our street so we had some visibility of his brand, when he reached out to us to see if he could help. His enthusiasm was contagious and we felt that maybe we might just get our home we had been looking for. Ryan was patient and understanding, nothing was too much trouble and he guided us to make the right decisions with our build, rather than dictate to us how it should be. The whole process through design to contract was transparent and everything was explained in non-builders terms. Once building commenced nothing was too much trouble to get site inspections and ask questions. All the Leafe team and subcontractors where accommodating, very friendly and easy to talk to and were always happy to explain something or answer questions. Even when we had an “oh no, that’s not what we thought it would look like” moment, the team were happy to down tools until it was clarified. The build was completed ahead of schedule (our wish was to be in before Christmas) with Ryan playing Santa and getting us into our new home and pool just in time for Christmas. We would without any hesitations, build with Leafe Designer Homes again and would recommend them to anyone seeking a quality build from a local builder.
