I got shellac on my nails and the technician cut me FOUR times making me bleed. Then that night my thumb started to peel. Overall I was not happy with my service.

Got a Brazilian wax with a friend, although the service was nice. There were a few problems…. 1: Very unhygienic, you dont dip the same stick back into to the wax. I hope you don’t reuse the wax and do that! 2: We both have hair still? We went through all that uncomfortable pain just to have to shave, which is the reason for getting waxed in the first place. 3: Unfortunately there was still wax left on both of us, as well as in our underwear. Like we had wax sticking to our skin from our underwear.Not good.

Best nails I've EVER HAD! Just called in while down there for work. I got a full set and I didn't need an infill for 7 WEEKS! And even then it was only because they'd grown so long. No lifting or cracking. Really seamless with natural nails.

We were the only people in there at the time we walked in and we got started. A group of people came in more than 45 mins after us and continued to finish everyone else’s nails before ours. We were done very last. We watched at lease 10 people come in and out before we were done. We were there for 3 HOURS!! The lady was lovely but for the wait and the end product, definitely was not worth it.

Don't bother booking an appointment....have to wait a WHOLE hour before they even start

Made a booking weeks ahead for a girls day out. Confirmed early on the day and yes we have your booking but when we arrived they had clients lined up waiting so I don’t think there was ever a booking. 5 disappointed ladies and girls. Don’t waste your time on this business.

I had a walk-in appointment for shellac application. The staff were very welcoming, kind and attentive. When doing my nails, the staff constantly rotated, and were focussing on other walk-in's, I personally do not appreciate this due to causing me to leave a lot later than arranged and having me to sit and wait for a while, when I was seated first. With regards to the treatment, the nail technician did not remove my cuticles, and continued to then paint over the cuticles with the shellac. This technician also made a mess with the shellac over my skin. I had to continuously point out these issues, which the technician attempted to clean up once prompted. However I walked out unsatisfied with the result as the 'clean up' was not satisfactory. The edges of the nails were also jagged and sharp, which again were not cleaned up appropriately, and I had to do it myself once home.I personally will not be returning
