Karls Couch Cleaning Brisbane

This is the link that Fabric Couch Cleaning sent me. They are also known as Couch cleaning Gold Coast. This company is a scam. Despite having a very professional website their work is shoddy, expensive and they lie when they tell you they cleaned all carpet and couch areas. Tried to call them but I have never received a call back. This is now in the hands of the Office of Fair Trading. I very doubt I will see any money returned. Please do NOT use these people. I gave them 1 star because there isn’t a zero star there.All I wanted was for these guys to come back and do the job properly. They have a customer service satisfaction policy that isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

Extremely Dodgy. After asking for a photo to quote a couch clean we agreed on a price. Worker shows up to do the job and 15-20 mins later tells me he is done and wants to be paid. On inspection of the couch he has only cleaned one side of the coushions and tells me its extra if i want both sides cleaned. Had to argue with his boss on the phone a few times so they would clean the whole couch before i paid. Then they also added GST to the quoted price to bump it up a bit more. This is after asking me to pay cash 3 times. Also the worker wont leave your house until you have bank transferred payment or goven cash. They have no eftpos.Would never use again and by the looks of other reviews this business wont last long.Also the couch still has stains on it so he did a terrible job.

Their team was friendly and honest in their evaluation of our furniture, informing us of everything that needed to be done and why. Well priced and cleaned over and above what was expected. A great job done and we recommend Karls Couch Cleaning Brisbane to anyone who needs their furniture cleaned.

NO STAR RATING!! Absolutely terrible company! Do NOT use! I had a couch cleaned, they did not even move the cushions around or clean the base of the couch. We were also quoted a price and when arrived told it would be more, they were not satisfied when we said we were not paying more. They did a dodgy job, when I called and called and noone called back to correct what was not done, and I was also ignored, hung up on, and treated with no respect. Disgusting that they run their business they way they do.

They charged $180 and didn’t even finish the job because their machine “broke” and I requested photos of the job once it has finished and got nothing. The onsite manager had to pay someone else to clean the couch properly. Which was charged out on my bond. Extremely disappointed with the service and if I thought it was worth my time chasing them for a refund I would! DO NOT USE THEM. So not worth it. And as a single parent $180 is a lot of money right now.

This people are unprofessional destroyed my coach, that was only dusty, all I needed was shampoo and steam clean , he used moulded pads and left stains the whole coach was soaking wet lucky we checked before the guy left , upon showing him the proof of the coach not having stain as I took photos to send to cleaners to get quote he denied and said he doesn't know how it happened. I called his company and boss they keep hanging up and blocked me . Do not use this service it's fraud.

The person turned up on time, was polite, gave me good advice on antibacterial & colour renewal, got on with the job and cleaned up afterwards. Happy with the freshness of my caravan couches & mattress.

Sub contracted out to another company that has poor ratings. Complete joke. He was late. Tried the upsale to use deodorising products. Did not clean the couch as quoted, just the cushion and rude when I asked him to do the dry patches. No attention to detail most seats just were sprayed with water. Waste of money. I put a complaint into Karls with no follow up.

Where do I even start! I thought my brand new couches were doomed after I got a pet stain on it and tried numerous home remedies to try to get it stain out/ only causing it to get worse. I hired Karls team to get the stain out of it. Very professional and experienced with what he does. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome of his work. Happy to say that we won’t be going to anyone else.

TRASH…DO NOT USE THEM. I was quoted $300 for a beautiful silk couch made up of a 3 seater and 2 single seaters. The guy turns up then said it would be $600, even though I had already told him it was silk, how many pieces etc. I said ok and left him to it. It did next to nothing. I also had some silk covers for the arm rests which he refused to clean. When I bought up the fact it made absolutely no difference at the end he had the audacity to tell me I need to finish off any dirty spots myself with a toothbrush. They even put a fake address for their business. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY AND DODGY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
