I’m regular customer here and was very satisfied with their service, but had bad experience today.. staff was rude and the girl who did massage didn’t even understand what I’m trying to say to her.They need to educate their staff so that they can understand.

10/10 first experience. Everything was so clean, the linens smelt freshly washed, my towel my prewarmed, the bed was warmed also. The atmosphere was tranquil and quiet. There was no talking or banging from any kitchen like most places. The massage itsself was methodical and perfectly executed. I cannot recommend this place enough, this will be my new regular

This place doesn't know how to massage unless it's oil. Is it right to press it hard? The caretaker named cat is very unfriendly. Massage without oil should be strong no matter what. a very low-quality management.
