I Have been going to this hairdresser for many of years now and never had a problem. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job . I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I am very dissapointed withwhat happened this morning with my 82 year old mum. I booked an appointment for her to have the Seniors wash, condition & dry off this morning. Normally it costs $15. When my mum finished she said she had paid $50 I asked why? I went to the counter and asked why my mum had been charged $50. The young girl went to get the manager. Shesaid that the young girl doing mumshair had asked if she wanted it blow drying and mum said yes not knowing as she is 82! that this wasn't the same as the dry off that she thought she was getting. I think my mum was taken advantage of and I am extremely angry about it. The manager went on to say mum shouldn't have said yes to the blow dry and should have been clearer about what she wanted. I'm sorry but shame on you for making a $30 profit out of a vulnerable 82 year old.hBlow dried and mum had said yes. She said that costs $29 but because mums hair was longer it was $50. I said mum wouldn't have realised what the difference

Walked into the salon and was stared at and asked across a room to wait, another women then came over I asked if they had time to do a blowdry at 1020am the lady said yes comemback 11am I went shopping came back 11am. I walked to the counter said hi I have 11am appointment to the girl she said I'll pit you over hear and put a piece of paper down infront of a chair she asked what I was having done I said just a blow dry. That was it its now 1125am not a word has been said to me im just sitting in a chair.I decided I could jave done my own blow-dry at home in this time and left.Your customer service is honestly so disappointing from each person I interacted with it was like they wished they wernt there. Not friendly or welcoming in the slightest.

Dakota did an amazing job on my daughters hair today, probably the most even and neat cut she has ever had. Thank you Dakota :)Also had my hair cut by a lovely lady, very happy overall

Dakota and Oceana are the best hairdressers I have ever had. They are very professional and very good in what they do. They have wonderful hair dressing skills and I am so happy with these girls.I would recommend Dakota or Oceana to anyone wanting a great hair service.Congratulations to the both of you for your effort and dedication to your clients.I go there every week and have never left the hair dresser unhappy.They are the BEST!!!

We came in spur of the moment as my daughter decided she wanted her first haircut. She is 3 turning 4 next month and has always been nervous about cutting her hair.After looking at a few salons the prices ranged from $25-$39+When we arrived here, the staff were so friendly and fit us in within 20mins. The girls spoke to my daughter and made her feel calm.Our hairdresser was Lauren and she was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond for my daughter, made her feel pampered and like a princess. Spoke to her throughout and the whole time my daughter kept saying “I am having so much fun Mumma!”She walked out feeling so happy with her new cut and wanted to show the whole family. She even told Lauren she would come back again tomorrow she was so excited.They charged a fraction of the price anywhere else does and have her more than expected to ensure Evie’s first experience was the best.I could not be happier and will definitely make this salon our new go to for the whole family.Thank you Lauren and staff for the experience and making Evie feel special.

Excellent service as always with Maddie.I have been coming to the salon for services provided by Maddie since we (GC) got out of COVID lockdown.My hair was a mess without a hairdresser for such a long period of time and I did “ home dye” like most, that damaged my hair to where it was broken and breaking!Maddie consulted with me on the journey required to put my hair back into a healthy state and has successfully turned my mess into a full head of hair that I’m so happy with.Every visit I walk out completely satisfied with my cut and colour.Thank you for the professional service and great communication.
