Great family fun, friendly staff. We left out bags under the trailer where you pay as the staff member said she doesn’t leave the area (there are lockers but they are behind the wave pool). Not many people when we went, maybe 20 of us, so that was good. Everyone had a laugh stacking it. We did hurt our feet/knees on the ‘steps’ climbing up a few of the obstacles, you seem to put your feet on top of the white handles but if you slide down then you really knock yourself on them and they hurt! Overall great fun & highly recommend!

Whilst the park itself is a fantastic destination was very disappointed in the paddle board aspect. I hired boards for the family, arrived at the designated time expecting some instruction as per the website. None was forthcoming and when I asked about any was told No and that was the sole interaction."

My family is visiting Darwin for a holiday. I have visited the Darwin Lagoon at the Waterfront. My family consisted of my Mum and me who are Caucasian. My Mum is married to Fijian so my little sister has beautiful tanned brown skin and she was on holiday with us. My little sister (12yrs) was very excited to use your aquapark.We lined up, signed our waiver and paid. Told by the kiosk lady to go over and we will get lifejackets in a few minutes. The lifeguard/worker (who I've been told is Maddie) looked at my little sister and said where is your wristband." (With a strange negative tone). I would never ever pay to go here! The blonde woman working there on Saturday 14/8/21 is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered.My wife and I entered the precinct from the opposite end of where you’re supposed to pay for Aqua Park. There were no signs or anything that specified that you had to pay, so we assumed it was free to the public. We swam towards the inflated water park.We literally put our hands on one of the props and in doing so, were viscously yelled at by the woman running Aqua park.Being an honest mistake, I approached her and apologised. Explaining that we only just arrived, and asked how much it would cost to use the park. She then yelled at me again in front of a big crowd of people and pretty much accused my wife and I of being idiots. Pretty sure she must of had a bad morning, or forgot to eat breakfast this day but that’s no way to treat the public. Shame on you!Just editing this review in reply to your response.We were more than happy to pay and of course understand the safety procedures around the park. That’s not what our issue was though. It was simply how rude and arrogant the woman was working there. You shouldn’t humiliate anyone like that no matter what the situation.

Great fun for the whole family. Staff is amazing and they have their own lifeguards on duty. Clearly value the safety of their clients. Prices are more than fair too. A must when in Darwin!

Brilliant fun for the family. Kids had a ball and easily located and accessible.

What a brilliant water park for the entire family . The staff are amazing so friendly and full of energy they really love what they do which makes it inviting . Thank you Morgan for the enjoyable days we have loved everyday ! We will definitely be back next year ;-)

Such a great place to have fun! The blonde lady is so helpful and polite, takes care of all your needs. Such a great time we had there, will be going back very soon. There was this one idiot with his wife who did not pay to get on and he was ignoring the requests of the life guard on duty. But the blonde lady sorted him out real quick as it was very unsafe what the idiot was doing on the park.

My kids had an amazing experience!! The young lady who was lifeguard at the desk was Courteous, informative and very friendly! Highly recommend anyone with kids looking for a new experience to have a crack at it! Thankyou
