I highly recommend Coles. They made a mistake with a discounted items. And when I went back to customer service, they refunded me the full amount and also gave me the item acknowledging it was their fault, and that I would have potentially gone home paying more than what I should have.

This Coles outlet is one of my favourite store because of the large floor spacr, which means a variety of items and it is well lit and well maintained.

I was very saddened to find that only self service checkouts were available today. I asked if any tills were available and was advised not. This is the first time I have been told this at Claremont Coles, having shopped there weekly for over a decade.Returning my items, I proceeded to walk a few metres to Farmer Jack's where I was very happily served by the checkout staff on duty. Self service should be an option and not forced upon us. I will shop elsewhere for my family when no cashier is provided. These jobs are important for people within our society, and I'll happily pay a few cents more per item to keep people employed in the industry.

Coles has a macaron display (which I am sure the supplier pays top dollar for). Today there were no containers for the product. Asked a staff member to provide containers and was told to go to the service desk, where there was a significant queue. Didn’t buy macarons. Poor service all round

Best Coles in the state. All products and produce are always available. The store is always neat and tidy. The deli has a range of fresh meat, cheeses and seafood. Fresh produce is always new and great quality. The staff are efficient, and the checkouts are reliable. Must visit if you want a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Good store really great staff, especially Simon in self service. Not stocking Smitten apples this season, which is a pity. A good store apart from the slow restocking of shelves.

Standard Coles supermarket inside the Claremont Quarter. Good selection of goods at decent prices. Plenty of parking in the shopping centre.
